What is a Vendor Partnership?
A vendor partnership agreement is a contract between a vendor and Energia, in which both agree to work together. Agreements may be exclusive or non-exclusive and mutually beneficial.
How do I start purchasing an insurance agency?
The first thing you should do is have a conversation with one of our consultants. They will go about describing for you what’s required financially, and process wise. Next, you would sign a non-disclosure agreement, that will enable you to review the agency reports for your own due diligence.
How do I start selling my insurance agency?
You would start off by speaking with one of our consultants and they will go over what our services entail and the process as well as our fee structure. If you would like to move forward after that, we would send you the necessary documentation to become one of our clients.
Do you work with Independent agencies?
Primarily we work with Allstate and Farmers distribution models, but we’ll entertain working with independent agencies on a case by case basis.
What's the process for working with you to sell my agency?
Once we have an agreement in place, we will let you know the agency reports and other information we’ll need. Once we have that we can perform your valuation range and make recommendations as to your asking price. We’ll then create your advertisement and publish it with our vendors. We’ll give you updates every two weeks as to the activity on your book of business.
What's the process for working with you to buy my agency?
After speaking with one of our consultants and signing a non-disclosure agreement, we’ll send you the agency reports so that you could perform your due-diligence. If you like what you see, the next step would be a letter of intent to the seller and after the price and terms have been agreed upon, we will help facilitate the transaction through closing.
